About Us Lighthouse Renovations LLC is led by Robert Nast, a second-generation full-service General Contractor with deep roots in South Florida. A proud resident of Lighthouse Point for over 40 years and Broward County for more than five decades, Robert brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to every project. He began his journey in construction working alongside his father, eventually launching his own business as a flooring contractor before expanding into custom stonework and high-end residential renovations.

Over the years, Robert has built a diverse portfolio of luxury interior and exterior projects, with standout custom homes in Lighthouse Point, Wellington, Rio Vista, Parkland, Southwest Ranches, and Highland Beach. His expertise also extends beyond Florida, with completed residences in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Aspen, Colorado.
